The Moderate Income Housing Program

CHISPA builds three and four bedroom homes for sale to moderate-income first-time homebuyers.

The Self-Help Housing Program

Low-income individuals and families become homeowners by building their houses themselves, under CHISPA's supervision.

CHISPA also builds and sells affordable or "inclusionary" homes for market-rate developers who do not wish to build these homes themselves. In some cases, CHISPA handles the sale of inclusionary homes built by developers or municipalities.
